Get Me Home Pros is a home-improvement marketing and project-intake service operated by WorldLink Enterprises. This notice supplements our Privacy Policy for California residents. Statutory rights apply where required by applicable law.
Information we collect and why
Identifiers
Name, email, telephone number, ZIP code, IP address and online identifiers—used to process requests, communicate, document consent, prevent fraud and support service delivery.
Project information
Requested service, property ownership, timing and project details—used to understand and route a request.
Internet activity
Landing page, referrer, campaign parameters, browser/device data and page interactions—used for security, attribution, analytics and performance.
Location and inferences
General location derived from ZIP code or IP address and service preferences inferred from a request—used to assess service-area relevance.
Sources and recipients
We collect information directly from you, automatically from your browser or device, and from approved advertising, analytics or compliance providers. Depending on your request and consent, information may be disclosed to participating independent home-service professionals and vendors supporting hosting, communications, security, analytics, compliance and lead delivery.
Sale or sharing under California law
California law may define certain transfers for advertising or other value as a “sale” or “sharing,” even when money is not exchanged. Where applicable, you may direct us not to sell or share your personal information. We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of consumers under 16.
Your California choices
Know and access
Request categories or specific pieces of information maintained about you and how it is used or disclosed.
Delete or correct
Request deletion or correction of inaccurate information, subject to permitted exceptions.
Opt out
Request that qualifying sale or sharing stop. You may also use a supported Global Privacy Control signal.
Equal treatment
We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
Requests and verification
Use our Privacy Choices page or email privacy@getmehomepros.com. We may verify access, correction or deletion requests by matching details with our records and will use verification information only for that purpose. Authorized agents may act where permitted, subject to proof of authority and identity verification. Opt-out requests do not require account creation. We respond within the period required by applicable law.
Retention
Project inquiries and related contact information are generally retained for up to 24 months after the last relevant activity. Privacy-request and verification records are retained for 24 months after closure. Consent, opt-out and suppression records may be retained for up to five years where reasonably necessary to document consent, honor preferences or meet legal obligations.
