SERVICE TERMS

Terms of Use

These terms govern access to and use of Get Me Home Pros, a home-improvement marketing, project-intake and possible provider-connection service.

Operator: Get Me Home Pros is a marketing and project-intake service operated by WorldLink Enterprises LLC. It is not a contractor and does not perform home-improvement work.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these terms. You may submit information only for yourself or with the authority of the person whose information you provide.

Our role

Get Me Home Pros collects and organizes consumer project information and may facilitate a connection with participating independent service professionals. We are not a contractor and do not perform, supervise or control home-improvement work.

Independent service professionals

Providers are independent businesses. Each provider is solely responsible for its licensing, insurance, availability, estimates, pricing, contracts, permits, warranties, representations, conduct and work. You should independently evaluate a provider before entering any agreement.

No guaranteed connection or outcome

Submitting a request does not guarantee provider availability, contact, a quote, project acceptance, price, schedule, savings, quality or result. A connection does not constitute our endorsement of a provider.

Your responsibilities

Communications

Communications are governed by the consent language presented when you submit information and the TCPA Consent Disclosure. Consent to marketing calls, texts or emails is not a condition of purchase. You may revoke consent through the methods described in the applicable communication, TCPA Consent Disclosure or Privacy Policy.

Provider agreements and payments

Any estimate, contract, payment, financing, warranty or work arrangement is between you and the independent provider. Get Me Home Pros is not a party to that agreement unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.

Intellectual property

The Get Me Home Pros name, site design, original content and associated materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the site only for its intended personal, non-commercial purpose unless written permission is provided.

Third-party content and links

Links or references to independent providers and third parties are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for third-party websites, statements, products, privacy practices or services.

Disclaimers and limitation

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Get Me Home Pros and WorldLink Enterprises LLC do not warrant that a provider will be available, contact you, accept a project or provide any particular price, schedule, quality or result. We are not responsible for an independent provider’s acts, omissions, credentials, estimates, agreements, products or work.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Get Me Home Pros and WorldLink Enterprises LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of the service or a consumer’s dealings with an independent provider. Nothing in these terms limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before filing a claim, the parties should attempt in good faith to resolve the matter informally. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, disputes relating to these terms or the service will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Travis County, Texas, and each party consents to that jurisdiction. These terms do not require mandatory arbitration.

Severability and entire agreement

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the consent language presented at submission, form the agreement governing use of this service. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
